Drone Usage for Home Inspections

Roofs aren't made for foot traffic, so it's best to avoid unnecessary roof damage - which is especially common during extreme hot or cold temperatures -  and acquire close up ultra high resolution images showing the roof condition with a rooftop drone inspection (drone uses 48 megapixel camera and up to 8K video).

Rooftop inspections performed by Area Wide Home Inspection can be part of a complete visual home inspection, or a stand alone rooftop inspection.

sUAV drone services are performed weather permitting, in non-restricted areas, in accordance with FAA laws. Special permission can be granted to the licensed drone operator at Area Wide Home Inspection to fly in restricted areas with proper notice given.
