Radon Testing & Why It Matters

Radon testing is an in-house service offered by Area Wide Home Inspection. If the radon level is above the safe level according to the EPA, which is 4.0 pCi/L, the EPA recommends that a radon mitigation system should be installed. According to the EPA, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.
