I am happy to announce that WDI (wood destroying insect) inspections (aka termite inspections) are now available in all 3 states that I serve - KY, IN, OH
Due to some recent changes that KY made, I can now provide NPMA-33 forms for clients in all three states (OH, IN and most recently now KY), without having to connect my clients with a pest company for inspection.
The law recently changed in Kentucky, and there is no longer a license requirement for wood destroying insect inspections. They still have a license requirement in place for treatment companies and individuals to apply treatment (rightfully so!), just not a license for inspectors anymore.
This will save my KY clients time and money because they won't need to outsource that portion of the home inspection during the process of buying or selling a home. Please reach out with any questions or to schedule a home inspection service.
